Not really, it's more 90's-early 00's

There were pop emo varieties like MCU that got big, but straight up emo had lost a lot of it's relevance by then.

As pretentious as it is to say, you basically have to completely ignored whatever rock radio is still left. It's either classic rock, still playing old stuff that isn't "classic" yet, or is playing stuff like Imagine Dragons all day with some slight carry over of big names that are still around like Jack White, Foo Fighters, and things like that.

You basically just have to find it yourself or hear about it online if you want to find any half decent modern rock that isn't just carry overs of old stuff.
