Btw, and semi related, saw an article on msn last night which said iirc that u.s. border patrol caught around 50 thousand illegals crossing trying to cross over into the u.s. in a recent month and apparently this number is routine. Was a little surprised by this figure, are you?

The legal figure is quite reasonable - our modern country is founded on it being the land of opportunity, if people want to come here and work hard and make a life for themselves, why not?
