Android tablets are dead, dude. You're better off with a Chromebook. Plus Chromebooks support Android apps now.

explain why anyone would buy a godamn tablet, and for 400$ at that.

It's not "in my pocket" portable like a cellphone, and it's incredibly shitty compared to a laptop as a "in my bag/case" portable device.

I used to use one, (That was cheaper then that) because I had to carry a bag, big enough for a tablet, but not a laptop.
