The man lied to my face and then contradicted himself. This is only a few minutes after he stated that he "knows Sgt.Barnett" who I called a liar, who he then took up for. Sgt. Barnett 3 months later stole pills from a disabled woman and here Captain Kifer was implying how honest he was. Captain Kifer then claims I am being recorded without consent and then proceeds to say it is not actually recorded just because the recordings are never reviewed. Do you REALLY want this man to be HPD's police chief? He doesn't even understand the nuances of basic language and yet we expect him to protect the lives and rights of our citizens when he will literally cover up the city's wrongdoing? Tell the commissioners this is a HUGE mistake! Captain Kifer was also witnessed (heard) unlawfully colluding with Washington County prosecutor Cyrus Jaghoory and government officials in North Carolina in order to abuse judicial processes with the intent to silence someone from exercising their 1st amendment rights. Captain Kifer was witnessed discussing another state's warrant that didn't even exist yet and would have had to have been signed by a judge in the FUTURE. Through inference this allowed me to prove interstate collusion as only a judge can issue a warrant and an officer in another State has NO POSSIBLE WAY to know that a warrant will be signed by a judge in the future before said judge even signs it. Washington County do the right thing and remove this swamp thing from the swamp! DRAIN THE WASHINGTON COUNTY CESS POOL OF ALL OF ITS CREATURES IF WE WANT A BETTER WASHINGTON COUNTY!

I don't know what part craphole part of Maryland Dawkins lives in, and as a Maryland resident, the majority of this state IS a craphole, but if the police use body cams, his (lack of) argument doesn't hold water.

Also, for those who don't know, Maryland is a two party consent state for recordings based on my research for a possible work issue, not sure how police body cams work into that, but I digress, the point is, he doesn't know the law and he's dumb. But CE already knew that.

Side note: Why do people who bring up the first amendment seem to know the least about it?
