Songs sound similar to last album but better. Didn't really enjoy the last album like I have all of their others. I'd love another Plastic Beach style record.

I am axcited even after Humanz. Knowing that this album will be less Damon's Friends and more a Gorillaz album, and not having a bunch of filler automatically makes me feel a little bitter. And I actually loved like half the real songs on Humanz anyway.

It really is a fantastic album. I haven't liked any of their others though, just a couple choice songs but Demon Days is an album I'll listen to from beginning to end.

Huge Gorillaz fan here, since the self titled back in 2001. Saw em twice last year and was on the front rail for both. Got a bass pick from Seye in the first, Damon grabbed my hand to help pull him up so he could sing El Manana to the crowd at the second, then held my hand as support to lean forward, and finally looked me in the eyes for a second before heading back up to the stage. Then during Clint Eastwood a cameraman stayed on me for the entire second rap and I was on the big screens in front of 80k people. Fun times.

I had been following the rumours and leaks of a new album but assumed it wouldn't be this soon. Glad that I pre-ordered the complete deluxe edition of The Now Now right away as they're all sold out now (now). And they're touring the east coast again, absolutely gonna try to get tickets for a third show. So stoked!

While I enjoyed Humanz, I'm super digging the lack of features/general sound so far. Jazz/R&B/soul legend George Benson on Humility (with Jack Black in the video) and Snoop Dogg/Jamie Principle on Hollywood is it, the rest is the "band". Lake Zurich is such a jam.
