First Venezuela and now Brazil, food shortages are reaching extreme highs. I think this might spell trouble for all manner of countries down the line.

That'd require a competent developer to make the game, not a bunch of hobos that could just as well blend in with the crisis happening in 3rd world nation, from a 1st world country. If only Fallout 3 didn't humiliate NV, a glorified expansion pack and sent their developers to their rightful place, charity foundations. Hopefully, their fanbase follows suit, good people out there that would gladly take their basement from them.
