Muffinz0rz 05/30/18 3:18:49 PM #3:	Sophomore in high school, I wasn't exactly a "kid," but I can't think of anything else messed up I did when I was young-young I had this pair of headphones that had a lot of wear and tear. So much so that I was pulling the adjuster things one day when the actual ear-cover for one side slipped out. It was still connected to wires though, so it would just dangle there if I held it up. I thought they were broken, but I realized I could just kinda jam the wires in there and slide the thing back on. It was a little loose, but it worked. Anyways we were on a bus for a sporting event trip when a buddy asked if he could try them out. So he pulled the adjusters to his liking and the thing popped out. Like I was used to. Except his reaction was that he thought he broke them. So in a split second, like pathologically, I was like "oh nooooo you broke them" in an attempt to make some quick cash. Sadly enough, it worked, he gave me $60 when we got back home. RIP my karma --- Not removing this until Pat Benatar is in Super Smash Bros. I was 7 or 8 years old at the time My mom had recently remarried and my new step dad was constantly criticizing me for acting like a wuss and pushing my mom to tell me to toughen up and defend myself physically when kids started being mean. I think I was angry and honestly hurt by all the constant pushing and being told I needed act tough so I figured I would show them by acting like one of the bullies. Thats just the reason I did it though, and its hardly an excuse.
