TheKingOf-Kings 05/28/18 9:26:25 PM #1:	I have a 'plumber' over fixing a leaky tap. First he couldn't find my 'individual unit' shut off valve so he started going through my fucking closets. Im like 'stop that, ive been here for years and no plumber has ever done that. Its outside of the house.' He tried to tell me that I was wrong but I insisted. Long story short and a call to his 'boss' later he found the main shut off valve outside and he is fixing the cold water tap. The hot water tap was the one that was broken. Im assuming you live may in housing or an apartment complex if he was calling it an "individual unit". And access panels for shut-off valves are often in closets.
