That sucks that you had to deal with all that, I'm sorry. but at least now you have a place you can call your own. I'm sure by the end of the year it'll be a sweet lil home tbh. Unfortunately, she already spent the inheritance I was going to give her when I die so there really is nothing left for you. I'm getting old so I don't need to worry about saving money too much anymore. This is my final gift to you because your mother couldn't give you anything. I'll put this house in my name and pay off the mortgage for you, you just have to pay the utilities and repairs. I hope it's enough for you to survive after I'm gone since you'll be all alone after that".
