Grocery stores aren't known for having security and if they do they aren't allowed to touch you. Grocery store parking lots are really big so it's not like security cameras can get a good look of your car or license plates. Even if they get a good picture of your face it's not like they can do anything when you come back as a customer. A lot of the times you can fill up a grocery cart with anything you want and walk out the store and no one will chase you because it's against company policy or they don't want to get killed/hurt by you.
Walmart and Target have loss prevention team and work with police. Those that film themselves vlogging in a Wal-mart end up getting pulled over 15-30 minutes later so don't shoplift from big cooperate stores. --- I want to make music that gives people a warm and fuzzy, happy feeling inside. Worked for target security. We had great cameras and made a lot of arrests. I would not recommend shop lifting there.
That said if you walk into the restroom with the item it would technically be against policy to apprehend you. --- The gamefaqs moderation team knows dogs capable of being offended, cant laugh at a joke, and like to punish jokes that are acceptable on prime time TV pg shows. ...
