I get 26 days holiday at the moment (excl bank holidays).

Any over time we get we can take as time in lieu. I'm tempted to work a couple of extra hours a day to bump my holidays up. So 8 until 6 instead of 8 until 4.

Do you reckon it's worth it for an extra 12 days holiday a year? I reckon so..

I can barely get through 8 hours a day. There's no way in hell I'd work an extra 2 hours each day.

Quite frankly, I feel like the 40 hour work week is too much as it is. I spend more time at work than I do doing leisurely activities. That's a terrible imbalance.

It's 10 hours a week and there are 52 weeks in the year, so it would be 520 extra hours
