Ive been getting some videos recommended to me on the good ol YouTube homepage. Theyre all basically titled the same thing; something along the lines of Solo SJW Bad Movie Star Wars Ded. This is blatantly and objectively wrong, as anyone whos watched the movie would know.

The character that people believe is spreading so called SJW propaganda is some robot. K-3 or something. For the sake of this discussion, Ill be referring to the robot as Landos Sassy Robot Wife (LSRW).

Throughout the movie, LSRW tries to stand up for robot rights and the liberation of her fellow droids. On the surface level, this seems as though it is some sort of political propaganda. If I hadnt watched the movie, Id be saying, hey, that shouldnt be in a Star Wars movie. Having watched the movie, however, I understand that this is far from any sort of cultural statement. LSRWs lines are almost entirely jokes. Shes portrayed as sort of egotistical. I found her to be pretty similar in character to K2 from Rogue One. Theres this one scene where she claims that Lando is in love with her to another character, and that character just sort of sits there and makes a face as if to say, no, hes obviously not. Essentially, LSRW is a joke character, and her robot rights schtick is more of a topical joke than anything. None of the other characters even take her seriously.

The scene that really disproves these YouTubers, though, is when the Solo crew is on a mission in Kessel. During the operation, LSRW frees a droid and encourages it to start a rebellion. Now, if this were an SJW movie, this act would almost certainly completely save the operation and prove the other characters wrong and be empowering or something like that. Is that the case in this one? Fuck no! In fact, the robot uprising caused by LSRW creates chaos and completely endangers the operation. During this chaos, LSRW gets shot and dies. Does that sound like something to support the SJW crowd? No. In fact, its the exact opposite.

So why, then, are these Star Wars YouTube people throwing such a fit? Lets use the despised SJWs as an example. They are often critiqued for getting offended over what basically amounts to nothing. Perhaps someone wearing a Chinese dress to prom or something of the sort. What the Star Wars channels are doing is even worse. They are getting offended over something that is not only very minor, but supports their god damn point of view. They are so eager to be offended and angry that they ignore what actually happens in the movie. I doubt that half of these people have even seen Solo. These youtubers are hypocritical, ignorant idiots, and they are just as bad if not worse than the SJWs that the hate so very much.
