I know college dreams are common but what about elementary/middle school?

I sometimes have dreams that I'm back in high school. Like I just stopped by to visit, but somehow I actually end up in a class. But I wasn't there for all the other days, so I have no idea what's going on in the class.

(I hate that dream. And usually I switch between being the [unlrepared] student and the [equally unprepared] teacher. Yep, former teacher.)

Nope, but the only dreams I can remember are ones I had back in elementary school. Only a couple of them.

I haven't in years. It's so long ago now that I'd feel like Steve Buscemi in his "Music Band" shirt. Okay, I'm not that old, but still old enough that the concept is too foreign even for my subconscious to run with it. A lot of the people I tend to mix with are in their early twenties (so 10~ years younger than I am - I do volunteer work and it's mostly college students getting their hours in), and I often blend in because I look young, then I reference something old and everyone asks me how old I am.

I have a dream at least once a week that I'm back in high school. I have no idea what my locker combination is, or my class schedule. It's super fucking annoying.

Jr high and high school often. Im late, dont know where my class is and end up in an dilapidated attic like area then it gets blurry after that.

My school-related dreams are all about my time playing baseball. Our coach was a real hardass (but a great coach, not ripping him by any means), so pissing him off was not something you wanted to do.

And so occasionally, having only played outfield, I have dreams where I'm out in center trying to catch a routine fly ball, and not only do i totally fucking botch it, but i rainbow the throw back into the infield and allow runs to score and just get super fucking embarrassed

Which isn't even meta, I was a fucking stud out there

I never get the typical "omg where's my classroom what's the subject omg we have a test today" dreams. I think it's because I never cared for actual school in the first place, so my brain doesn't bother projecting about it.

No - it's only high school. I don't even have dreams where I'm in college anymore. I had some college dreams in the months after graduation (particularly about a class that I skip the whole semester and then suddenly realize that I have a huge exam and only a few hours to study for an entire semester's worth of content), but I haven't had that in like a year almost.

High school is as far back as my dreams are willing to take me. Sometimes dreams take me into a years later scenario with friends I had back in junior high school but never back to when I was in junior high.

Never. I've never once dreamed about school of any kind.
