The way Barry kept escalating the situation, leading to ramifications in his work and personal lives was great. The tension felt on par with season 1. They say it's linked to her pregnancy but they also make a note of saying that the baby doesn't have powers. So being pregnant gives you powers now? I'd be ok with it if it was just for a filler episode, but the fact that it ends up being a crucial part of defeating Devoe feels really cheap. It's the definition of Deus Ex Machina.
