For the price, the burgers and plain fries are good. Their shakes are awful though.

In Sacramento, if you want good food of a similar price, go to Willie's on 16th St. They simply have higher quality ingredients. They have zoo fries which are basically the same as animal fries, except they make animal fries taste like cheap garbage. I honestly can't stand animal fires, but zoo fries are amazing for what they are. You also get a lot of fries when you order a medium or large. The milk shakes taste like they're made with quality ice cream. And you can get tamales, slaw dogs, mozzarella/basil/tomato sandwiches, and chili added to anything. I don't recommend putting chili in your milk shake though.

Sounds good, Ill check that out if Im ever out that way

I'd rate In-N-Out a solid 5 (I actually use 1 and 10). McDonalds, Jack-O, Burger King, Carl's Jr. all get 6 or better. Wendy's gets a 3 or 4. Depending on the time of day.

Okay now thats just wrong

As a Texas native, Whataburger is super overrated too. I actually like In-N-Out better, I think, which would get me crucified if I said out loud down here.

Is it really a big deal out here like in n out is to here?

Culvers and Cookout are better than all of these

Never heard of them :(

Culvers is Wisconsin based and expanding throughout the US, and offers midwestern style burgers with lots of other sandwich choices and a wide custard selection

Cookout is Tennessee based and expanding throughout the US, and offers southern style burgers and hot dogs with many other BBQ based menu items

It's better than Dallas for sure. As a burger joint? I rather go elsewhere with more variety.

I like five guys, I just dont care for it.

I genuinely did not enjoy my burger from Whataburger. It was in Lousiana but I doubt its different.

I do like In N Out and The Habit tho

Also a California native, and I agree. In N Out is overrated, it's good, but there are better burger joints all around.
