It's called the Munchverse and afaik, The Office isn't in it. But X-Files, The Wire, and Arrested Development at least all have Munch in it.

No, that's what Doctor posted.

Munchverse is not a theory. Dude is literally Detective Munch in all those shows.

Yes, but Munch is still a character in Westphall's head, just like everyone else.

Yeah, but that's linking stuff and theorizing back to St. Elsewhere. Like, ultimately yeah, if it holds up.

Where as it's been confirmed that the shows Detective Munch is actually in are all in the same Universe.

Fun fact: Richard Belzer (Munch) is Henry Winkler's (Fonzie) cousin.

So you are using one character, Munch, to link multiple TV series and movies to the same universe, why are we not allowed to use other characters in those TV series and movies to link it to more TV series and movies?

Because Munch's appearance are reinforced with references to his other exploits within SVU, and the opposite, where his time in Baltimore and NYC are referenced. As well as creators confirming this. Also a large majority of the stuff he shows up in was actually created by Dick Wolf or or his friends.

The other characters are not and falling back to "it was all in the head of some guy" is akin to basically saying these are all TV shows. Yeah, if you really reach, sure.

I dont think you understand how it works...
It is canon that everything in St. Elsewhere happened in Tommy Westphall's head.
The St. Elsewhere characters Dr. Roxanne Turner (Alfre Woodard) and Dr. Victor Ehrlich (Ed Begley, Jr.) appeared on Homicide: Life on the Street and Homicide: The Movie. Those appearances are canon in the Homicideverse. How do you interact with characters that are made up by a boy that got autism?
Only way it works is if the others are made up by Westphall as well.

I been thinking about this . We only know that Dr. Westphall really isn't a doctor. The other people we see could be people that the kid met while he was at the hospital . This is why he has snow globe of the Hospital. This would fit most of the stuff that dumb ending messed up.

Why would they make a snow globe of the hospital?
It make more sense that Tommy took the building in the snow globe and turned it into a hospital.

Still doesn't change that his mother is supposed to have died 7 years before the show started.
