I don't know if i liked Rise more than the 2013 game. It's too close of a call. I liked Lara's character in Rise way more than her character in 2013. In 2013, she was way too much of a victim. Overall the gameplay was similar, with a slight edge to Rise. Both games were very good, and I'll go back to play them. If you're talking about Mario Odyssey, the game is freaking great. I love Mario, and I love this game. Lots of homages to past mario games. Very fun. It's more exploration based than platforming based (so more like mario 64 than mario galaxy).
