Click on uBlock -> Settings (the sliders icon)

Copy and paste this into the text field.

gamefaqs.gamespot.com##tr.topics > .topic > .flair
gamefaqs.gamespot.com##.topic_filter
gamefaqs.gamespot.com##.details > p:nth-of-type(3)

Don't forget to click Apply Changes.

All of the stuff is now gone. The first blocked object is a single element from the array by default if you just use the little dropper so edited it a little afterward.

Might also work on adblock, but idk. I haven't touched adblock since they started letting ads through for a ransom.
