You can have more friends than her. Once she's in a relationship, her only friend is her boyfreind. You won't be able to call her, or even talk whenever you want let alone hangout. thats not a real friendship its a one way friendship that will do nothing for you but kill your confidence and make you feel like you don't deserve to have people in your life that actually check up on you call you, etc.

You just have to move on find some new friends

You said you have a learning disability, have you considered joining a community (either a forum or a club) of people who may have social or learning struggles like yourself? It could be a great way to connect with people who understand how you feel.

I like it because it's psychologically cathartic. It's not so much about it being pixel graphics only, but how it's based on things like Lovecraft and Edger Allen Poe. Not that I really read much of them, but I really like the ideas and concepts of it. It gets me.

No I didn't. I can't really communicate well how it was. She would say "I love you" after every time we would hang out until the point of no return. I didn't interpret that as romantic, I just considered it a warm emotional love, like a sister.

The break won't heal if you keep scratching it and focusing on it. Hell, it's very probable that your level of attachment and dependence on her presence is an appreciable factor in how y'all's relationship has decayed. I say that from personal experience. You gotta go out and start meeting people. Whether it's at a bar or a Magic: The Gathering..... gathering. If you have an interest and live near an appreciably populated area, there's likely a club or organization in your area that meets with some regularity.
