Your patience should prove your feelings for her, and her being that way gives you a level of security (from cheating) that most people will never get to experience in a relationship. There's a reason why people joke about married people not having sex, because more often than not it tends to die off. If you want sex to be a part of any relationship you want to have or marriage you want to have this is 100 percent NOT the girl for you. You know it too. You're just setting yourself up to A) cheat on her and B) get a divorce should you marry her. Edit: Just to clear up I'm not saying people have to have sex to be married.
