Were removing the variable rate pricing for sending money to friends and family members who have PayPal accounts in a country other than the United States when you send money using PayPal balance or your bank account and introducing a new flat fee of $2.99 or $4.99 per transaction depending on the recipients country. However, when you send money using your credit card, debit card, or PayPal credit you will be charged the new flat fee per transaction depending on the recipients country + 2.9% of the transaction amount + a fixed fee based on the currency.

Don't know anything about that one. I was only using PP because it is actually supported anywhere I'd send money, but they have gotten beyond greedy. I should not be nearly doubling what I send on fees.

Venmo is good for sending money from person to person.

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of options down here. Revolut was suggested to me as an alternative, but they aren't used on sites like PayPal is and don't support all countries yet.

it's what i use for both steam and the EA store it can even be used for bills and other stuff

lo just searched paysafe new zealand and it came up with stuff like PaySafe Card Casino (not good to gamble)

Does the US not have bank etransfers? They cost $1.00 and the money just goes from your bank account to another account as soon as the user deposits it.
