So when making packet ramen first crush it up and mix in flavor powder with noodles. Add some oil of your choice half tablespoon is good and fill bowl with just enough water to cover the noodles.

Cook in intervals of 2 minutes stirring between cooking.

Keep doing this until no liquid is left.

BOOM microwave fried noodles.

That's what I do! I also buy non-freeze dried noodles and make my own ramen frequently, it's super cheap and easy. Big pot for boiling, toss in your meat of choice (raw), let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, then add whatever non noodle things you want, simmer for a bit, bring the heat back up and cook the noodles.
