it's not Pokemon Go. it's gonna be a 2nd remake of Gen 1. that was the original rumor and it seems to be backed up by this. how would Go even work on the switch? it's obviously not that. the rumor is that it's a next gen 2nd remake of Kanto, with a fully 3d world.

I think the Eevee is cause in Yellow, the 2 possible pokemon Oak gives out were Pikachu and Eeevee. Oak was going to give the Eevee to you, but then Blue snatches it so he gives you Pikachu instead.

Pokemon 3d remake would get me to buy tbqh

I am not a Pokemon fan tho

no. it's not Pokemon Go. Pokemon Go would literally not even work on the switch. it can only be done on a phone. just cause it's called Let's Go does not make it Pokemon Go. look at the pics and the rumors and stuff. it doesn't sound anything like Go. it's a remake of Kanto.

The rumor from the other day said it had Pokmon go integration. Why would they market it as Pokmon go if it doesnt? They had a golden opportunity to make an amazing Pokmon game for a console and they are clearly fumbling it. Pretty standard for Nintendo 's idea dept these days.

Pokemon Go integration doesn't mean the game is a version of Pokemon Go. If anything it'll be kinda like the Pokewalker.

Although I'm not really happy about that news.

It can't only be done on a phone but you need a GPS and data connectivity which the Switch does not have.

The only reason "Let's Go" is in the name is because of the callout when throwing the pokeball.

It's clearly meant to be a season 1 anime revisit like Yellow was.

I'd give a lot of fucks if Nintendo announced a new Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game. Plenty of people would. Don't assume all the spin-offs are terrible, because they're not.

Why would they call it "Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee" if it wasn't going to have some connection to Pokemon Go?

Otherwise, why would you not go with the much more iconic "I Choose You Pikachu/Eevee"?
