Post Knight is really addicting. Basically a super-lite RPG where your character moves forward on their own but you have to choose attack, defend, or heal at the right times.

Well I mean for phone Pixel Dungeon is great, and so is Fire Emblem Heores

European War 3 is a pretty fun mobile game. It's WWI and plays like something in between Risk and A&A. You can choose from a ton of different countries and scenarios.

how is a 3ds going to help on a 17 hour flight? You have to recharge it with an electrical outlet. I got 3ds XL new and it does wonders with waiting rooms or baby sitting people's house and pets.
