According to local media outlets, Beheira Security Director Alaa Eddin Abdel Fattah received earlier in December 2017 a report from the police station of Hush Issa district filed by the father of the female child accusing a four-year-old boy of harassing his daughter inside the kindergarten where both are studying.

Local media reports quoted the lawyer of the accused child saying that the girls father notified the police of the incident. He added that the prosecution referred the notification to the Misdemeanor Court, which in turn referred it to the juvenile court that acquitted the child based on the fact that the charge is unreasonable.

The fact it made it to court in the first place is unreasonable.
