I really dont think people truly think about how hard it is on your kids and their families to take care of an elderly family member. Its physically, mentally, and emotionally draining on all parties and can halt or slow down their own personal goals and growth. I would never want to put that on people that I claim to love. Ive seen that put a real damper on many families and marriages. Let the professionals take care of it, dont put that burden on them.
