That's great man.

Keep it up.

I don't want to break your pattern if it's working but does it make sense to eat 1 big meal a day? Why not 3 small ones?
---
^ Hey now that's completely unfair.

Defeats the whole purpose. Intermittent fasting works by keeping your insulin levels as low as possible as long as possible.

Nice work TC. I tried intermittent fasting a few times but I couldn't sick to it. Moved to just making vegetables the majority of my food intake and sticking to a tighter calorie goal and it's worked wonders for me.

Apparently it can also boost test levels. I just found this out. Mebbe that's why I'm more muscular looking than I have any right to be. I dknt intentionally do it really but I can't eat in the morning and I'm too lazy to make lunches for work.... So I've been sorta doing it most of my working life.

I probly pound back at least 4000 calories between 7 and bed every day though.

Well, aside from the pictures I was more thinking that he would be miserable if he ate one meal a day and did the gym thing.

Gym makes me hungry as fuck.

Yah, the 189 actually looked better to me. Cut it down to maybe 185 with some muscle and tone that stomach.

One meal? Wow. I've been considering picking it back up, but I always do the "6-8 hour eating frame" version. This sounds a lot harder.

One meal a day (OMAD). Get on google and look up your basic metabolic rate (BMR). Eat one meal that is 500 calories less than your BMR.

Yep. I dont do any weight training. My main concern is losing the weight. Once Im a bit more lean I may do some lifting, but Im really not that concerned with it right now.
