I would assume no one would hire you as a hitman if you don't have a reputation or someone to vouch for you though. I mean, it's not like you put an ad in the local newspaper or on Craigslist offering your services. They kind of need to hear about you somehow, and I don't think anyone is going to send them your way when they know you're unreliable and the person they're sending to you has no problem putting out a hit for people they don't like.

True. Though, most businesses have to get like 3 quotes and find a good one for a good price. And you should always have money for another Hitman just in case...
