After the first one, the series just...went....blefhlefkjldfjlkdfjld.

I loved the first one...but i tried playing the other ones and couldn't. I guess they couldn't replicate it but I had so much fun playing the original on the gamecube.

I liked the stories they gave before each level and the selkie girl was hot. Music was beautiful along with the graphics.

Yeah, I agree. I did a lot of it with a friend and working around the chalice was actually interesting to us. Each of us had our own 'job' as well and that was pretty neat. I doubt we'd be able to pull it off now(unless the map and whatever details on the GBA aren't important) but I'd play it on the Switch if they could make it possible.

It's amazing how everyone hated it when it first came out, complaining about the price of getting a GBA or GBA SP, and complaining about how you have to play it via GBA, but now everyone seems to love it.

I miss it so gosh darn much, it's one of my absolute favorite series.

I'd love love love a new one using mechanics from both the GC and DS ones, with some character creation and online play. Modern systems are practically made for it. I really wanted one for the Wii U.

I figure it was abandoned because they knew they were taking ARPG to the main series and didn't need a side series for it anymore.

Man, i would love it on modern consoles to be honest. I'd like to see a Switch version with online co op but I hear online is trash(mine isn't for some reason).
