Totally depends on the outcome of the mid term elections:

If he runs, I believe he'll win. He just reached an average approval rating of 45 percent with likely or registered voters. All while he's getting bombarded by slanderous press and the Russia "investigation" operating as a cloud over his head.
If his upwards trend continues, he will have the same approval as Obama during this time period, and perhaps beyond. Once this witch hunt is over, Trump will be vindicated and unleashed---will look very bad for Dems --- "I think that man will be president right about the time when spaceships come down filled with dinosaurs in red capes" - Tom Hanks ...
