Fuck cancer. My grandpa takes good care of himself, exercises, eats well, goes to routine checkups and whatnot, and he was recently diagnosed with lung cancer.

I don't see why Heart Disease isn't automatically the answer if it takes the most lives. If you can somehow prevent it, you would, in theory, be saving the most number of people. Quantity is always the best option for these types of things.
