John Neidich, the man who owns The Happiest Hour bar in Manhattan has gotten DEATH THREATS after the ruling that he was LEGALLY allowed to kick out a Trump Supporter from his establishment!!

He kicked out 31 y/o Old Man, Greg Piatek because he wore a MAGA hat and Jon has gotten death threats ever since..and even moreso since a judge ruled he was ALLOWED to do so!!

He said "We've been trolled on social media pretty intensely". He's surprised by the amount of hate that's harboured against him

Greg sued the bar citing he was discriminated against because of his political beliefs. He called it "Offended his sense of being American"

It was tossed by a judge who ruled his beliefs were not protected under city and stae law

Greg claims that a manager told him "Anyone who supports Trump, or believes in what you believe is not welcome here! And you need to leave right now because we won't serve you"

But Jon said he was asked to leave because he was being drunk and belligerent and cat-calling a female bartender after 3 hours.

When asked if he welcomes Trump supporters, he would simply state" Do we welcome them? We don't don't discriminate"

The NYPD has confirmed of 2 serious reports filed so far

Business owners have the right to kick people off of their property for any reason, it's private property (owned or leased).

That said, kicking someone out of your establishment because of personal political bias is a poor idea for your business.

He can kick out a MAGA hat guy just like a Christian baker can refuse to make a gay wedding cake. Everything is going to shit because of entitlement. The only thing people are entitled to in life is to wade through to the end of it and die.

My point was just that anybody should be able to choose who their business serves. Period. Likewise, others are entitled to think they're jerks or bigots and not go there anymore. In the future will it swing the other way and the population will be mandated to evenly go to certain shops so that none of them close? I dunno... The world...

Supporting Trump means you are taking a stand against American values.

It's regardless because between a Trump supporter crying and a bar owner calling him a belligerent drunk I'm gonna believe the bar owner.

He was drinking for three hours so I don't think he was kicked out for his hat, not for a second. I also don't believe him when he is trying to say he was never drunk nor belligerent in all that time and his spiritual rights of the hat was causing the problems with the bar staff. Doesn't pass the smell test.
