The entire incident was caught on security video. According to the New York Police Department, the woman went to a Staten Island Popeyes to order the $4 Wicked Good Deal earlier this month. The meal includes four Wicked Chicken strips, a side, a buttermilk biscuit and dipping sauce, but no soft drink. When the woman asked about the drink, an employee, who wished to remain anonymous, told WNBC that staff members tried to explain that the meal did not come with a drink and suggested that she was confusing the Popeyes deal with similar deal that does come with a drink at another fast-food chain. Thats when she became irate. Police say the woman began harassing staff, grabbed a sign and threw it. She then grabbed a chair and used it to smash the restaurants front window.
