I think it is generally agreed on that both of those chains have higher quality meat and ingredients than Subway does. If I had to pick one, however, I would choose Jersey Mike's. The veggies are by far the worst, but the cheeses are all bad too and the only meats that are passable are the BMT ones. Their hot meats like the chicken and meatballs are just awful.
