I have a subscription but I think this is the final push for me in canceling, primarily due to the news of the workers' conditions in their fulfillment centers.

We have to vote with our dollar what we as a society are willing to support or oppose.

I buy so much shit on Amazon.

Besides I have a household and a student discount so it's a no brainier.

I use my parents' account, so it's not up to me. But if they cancelled, I wouldn't sign up. I only use Amazon every few months.

I'll keep it since I order a lot of stuff from amazon and free shipping alone makes it worth it.

Like, I buy most of my clothes on there (pretty much everything besides dress clothes), occasionally get groceries, and games since it has a discount.

Idk, like I completely redid my personal budget a few months ago and calculated what the shipping would cost versus how much it'd cost going to the store vs what it is on prime, and prime would have to go up to about $220 for it to not be practical with my shopping habits.

Also helps my credit cus I use my credit card on there and pay the bills immediately and get that cashback which pays my prime subscription in the first place anyway lol

i dont see the point in prime for me.
i dont order enough stuff from amazon to justify it, and even if i did, being australian i couldnt get same day or next day shipping anyway. the prime loot for gamers is neato but not worth it alone. maybe if they gave free access to all of their ebooks for as long as i subscribed i would do it

I own my Amazon Prime account, but I have like some family members that use it so we split the prime price. I'm also a student so it's very affordable.

I order enough stuff to justify it and my family uses prime video pretty often so I'm renewing. Still feels stupid to raise the base price when there are other services you need prime to subscribe to anyway.
