I left off when they climbed some island that was actually an elephant or large animal.
I'd like to do some anime along with the manga but I really don't want to to wander into filler territory or be caught in long winded episodes of nothing happening. You're at a good spot to get back into it. A massive arc literally just ended and you can marathon it. You won't get as much cliffhanger as we did 2 chapters back, but the pacing will prob be better
