I would like to help anyone here who currently is, or has at some point, experienced; Fear.
Some might say that fear is the great equalizer, what links us all together as a species. But it's not, overcoming our fears makes us better, and us becoming better is what unites us as a species. Now, to the lesson at hand. With a simple 3 step procedure, you too can overcome your fear, and become a better person. All you have to do is follow the 3 F's. Fear it, Face it, Fuck it. 1- Fear it. Identify that which you fear. 2- Face it. By facing your fear, you have shown the resolve to overcome your weakness. 3- Fuck it. By establishing sexual dominance over your fear, it will never be able to have power over you ever again. Using these steps, I have overcome my own personal fear of dolphins. Of course, such a radical treatment is not without it's drawbacks. For example, I am no longer welcome at Seaworld. 1. Accept that not all fears can be "dominated". It's simply part of human nature.
2.if you accept #. 1, then the best solution to cope w/ # 1, is too accept it as a part of you 3.
