It actually becomes a pretty fun shooter when you start leveling up your skills, characters, and weapons but the gacha-based level up system is one of the worst things I've ever seen in a console game. Why not just gain exp like a normal game would? Nope, here you have to get duplicates of cards you already own and use those for exp instead. So basically, a decent game made terrible by a stupid design decision.
