Show likes to spend a lot of time going absolutely nowhere, doesn't it? So many pointless scenes, no way in hell could I ever watch this while it was airing. Only good bits are when Jimmy is doing his grifting or the Mike stuff. The rest is just hot garbage.

For the most part there's not really a lot of interesting side stories but the "slow boil" leading up to the "holy shit" moments sort of makes that writing style worth it. I think you have to be the right kind of person to enjoy it fully.

Breaking Bad was similar but of course there was a lot more action/intensity since every character in the show was basically a criminal, lol.
