I had all four of mine taken out and it didn't hurt that badly as long as you keep up with your painkillers for the first few days (I had Vicodins but only took like half the bottle). Honestly the worst part I remember about it was the rancid blood taste/smell in my mouth after waking up each morning

I got mine taken out surgically a couple years ago, it hurt pretty bad afterwards and not being able to eat normal food sucked. But the percocets helped a lot and the nitrous was amusing. I apparently started saying I was evolving into a lizard as my mouth got numb and kept sticking my tongue out before they started.

Had mine taken out with just the area being numbed, didn't feel any pain but the guy was putting a fuckton of his weight on the tooth probably to break it or some shit.
