Here is a less fun Fact

The men of Raw have a tough travel schedule right now

They flew out from Hartford after Raw to South Africa for a few days of house shows

Then on Saturday night they fly back to St Louis just for Raw on Monday

Then they all drive to Louisville to meet up with the SD crew

Then after SD on Tuesday they all head back overseas to Saudi Arabia for GRR on Friday

Then back to North America for Raw in Montreal on Monday

Then finally home until Backlash that Sunday

Sheesh!

Its not a normal PPV though

They get paid for normal PPVs the same way they always have: a cut of the (now paltry but still somehow existent) buys.

The PPV compensation that has been lost in the Network era is reflected in higher base contracts

Theres not nearly as much incentive to get over as there used to be, and it matters less than ever to the company to push people the fans crave.

All In is already a success. The question is how much more of a success can it become? At this point, it's actually the most important show of the year.

I think its hard to definitively say its a success before tickets have even gone on sale <_<

How would you structure Network Special paydays? A chunk of the subscriber money for the month? In a month like this when there are two big shows, what happens?

Its not an easy answer. Bagwell/Raven losing their lawsuit already proved that Spotify-style per-view royalties arent realistic.

This was brought up on WOR the other week, and Dave said that WWE would probably not consider that. It only results in them looking bad because the projections suggest most people going to All In will be out-of-towners, so WWE wouldn't be able to leech an audience from All In.

It probably would, actually. If you draw less than All In, it only makes you look weaker than if you ignore it and continue running shows elsewhere. You don't want to be on the losing end of a Numbers Story.

ROH doesn't push their PPVs like this one is being pushed and marketed. I know that doesn't sound like much, but Cody has really created a movement behind this show online.
