I had this "blood vessel" thing on my left pointer finger. it's like a big sac of blood, or a giant skin tag. they gave me this medicine to put on it, and it's slowly detaching. it's barely connected to my finger now but still hurts if I tug at it. doctor couldn't even tell me why it happens. but that she has 3 other patients with it in my town.

I had a skin tag once, I just tied a string around it as tight as I could and it fell off a week or two later.
