it snowed today and its april 9th.

several people have "never seen this," one man said he hasnt seen this in 15 years, later changed that to 18.

Historical weather for Pittsburgh, PA:

in 2017 on april 9th it was 73 and sunny
in 2016 it was 35 degrees and snowed 1.5 inches
