 At first I thought maybe he did it for attention, but when the guy asks him if hes alright, he flips him off, so he clearly didnt want the attention. Another thought I had is maybe hes mentally ill, but hes self aware enough to know he looks ridiculous, otherwise he would have wondered why the guy was asking him if he was alright, instead of flipping him off. So if its not one of those two things, whats kind of explanation can there be? Lets see what the best theory is that CE can conjure up! ... Copied to Clipboard!

My guess is maybe his wife threw him out of the house and gave him nothing else to wear. Or he got in some kind of trouble with some bad people and they drugged him and he woke up like that.
