I'm partial to Livingston merlot. Mostly because it doesn't much taste like anybody else's merlot.

Carlo's chablis is a staple.

okay so i ended up buying a 1.5l jug of carlo rossi paisano.

why? i figured even though i was determined to get the 4l bigass jug, it would sit and sit. why paisano? i dunno seemed like the generic style of a generic brand

so, what does carlo rossi(12% abv) taste like? it tastes weak, like it pretty much meets the bare minimum qualifications to be called wine. its fairly easy to drink but doesnt taste great, and the flavor it has is weak.

like in steak terms this isnt a nice juicy filet mignon, its a pack of steak ummz

ive had mad dog.

now because of our laws here in PA, mad dog isnt the go to for...anybody, like it would be if it was sold anywhere.

since we're govt run mad dog is a dollar or two more expensive than other states and its really just a hole in the wall bottom shelf hardly visible in the fruit wines section. my store, which is pretty small doesnt even carry it. You can buy stuff like 4 loko and shit at beer distributors(privately owned) and most grocery stores.

thing is for 4.99 it isnt cheap enough to really consider. it doesnt taste bad but that chemically after taste sucks.

you know, carlos is disgusting but its easy enough to drink, so at 12% alcohol...it works.

I've lost many a weekend to a gallon jug of Carlo Rossi burgundy.
