Three weeks active.
Only very active at night when I cannot seek medical aid.
During the day, completely disappears so I forget to seek help when available during the day.

This "bug" I have is self-aware. It attacks me at night and it's so damn fucking hard to swallow right now. I am spitting up saliva to avoid swallowing because it hurts so bad.

I don't get it. I really don't. Why the Hell is this thing only active at night? My mother has something similar she says and she too only has this thing active at night. What the fuck is going on.

Find some kalamansi or lemon and squeeze all the juice you can into a mug. Then put some clover honey in it, not too much. Microwave it for 2-3 minutes, mix then drink. Should last long enough for you to sleep.

I always do this when I have a really annoying sore throat. The relief is immense, even if temporary.

Sleeping is never, ever a problem. I could lay down right now and be out like a rock. Issue is, I could do that and probably drown in the amount of saliva I am creating at this rate. I cannot believe how I can keep spitting up this much. Like.... where the fuck is it all coming from...

as someone who had strep, it's easily curable. had to take a medication for a week and it cleared.
couldn't figure where/how i caught it.
