As seen in title: How pissed should I be on my head? My actual head. I've held a six year set of grudges, more since childhood. Lot's of times I've looked back at times in my life where I've been humiliated in front of people. Then it turns into this fictional deal where those people can see me and are enjoying that I hate it, this goes on from 2012 to present.

Actually, the people in rl are responsible to a point, but now they have no idea of me revisiting the past many times and they're living their lives not thinking of me. They have not been laughing at me. The problem wasn't certain people, but the thing inside my head bringing up humiliation all the time in the image of these people, because that's what it's been doing last year and the year before.

Because I never realized you could override your brain, I couldn't conceive that you could separate yourself from it. Should I throw a moderate amount of scorn on it? For being an idiot for 6 years or else all my life?
