**** man, I just took out my old Nexus 4, put a custom rom on it, and wow, I almost forgot how nice it feels. Screen has a good pixel density due to its small size, so it's pretty decent image-wise. Feels light on the hand too.

I really wish there were more similar phones with modern specs, not these modern biggies approaching phablet territory.

Why do they keep removing features every year?

5.2-5.5 is the current range and they shouldn't go any bigger..

I have big hands and I can still use new phones with just one hand perfectly fine, but I don't think I'd be buying them if I had small hands. Having to use both hands all the time is just annoying.

the regular iphone 8 is 4.7" just like the nexus 4 was. you have to get a plus to get 5.5"

I'd like a 5 inch screen. My s8 has a 5.8 inch screen and it's too big to comfortably reach the top of the screen with one hand. I can do it, but I have to reposition my hand first.

I really wish we could get a 5 inch phone whose screen covers the whole front.

The HTC One M7 was the perfect sized phone for me. I wish they kept that line going but I believe they're in the phablet business now too.

I hoped that the success of the iPhone SE would have some Android manufacturers jump on the smaller phone bandwagon but nothing. Maybe the new rumored SE2 will.

My Galaxy S8+ is 6.2" and I like it. Even though I'm 6'4" with large hands, I can't stretch my thumb to reach the top without adjusting my grip. The phone has a one-handed mode or some such thing to make it easier.

One big reason I like it is that it minimizes the amount of scrolling I have to do.

I miss real buttons on my phone. I also miss T9. These days you can't even text anyone without using both hands and looking at the screen. That's a legit, serious downgrade.

I miss being able to text people with one hand without looking. You can't do that without real buttons that you can actually feel, or with a giant ass keyboard. T9 solved everything, yet it was scrapped despite how easy it was to use and how quickly people got fast at using it.

Ok I use swype and a black keyboard with no buttons. So I'm dragging my finger on blackness. I know where to drag my fingers. I type one handed on a 6 inch phone without looking and I don't have big hands. It's not hard

Speech to text is also underrated if you're good at enunciation

My phone was almost dead and my iPods were all lost or uncharged so I busted out my iPhone 4 for music when I was riding sunday and I kinda gotta agree.
