Yall ever get excited for Friday because you get to go and rent out a game and play it then return it Sunday night?

Remember that game pass/game fly thing they had?

Damn dude. I'm on a nostalgia trip right now.

It was funny because I almost always rented out the same game.

Yeah, I liked it growing up and the fact that it's gone hurts my soul a bit. I also liked their video game sales, especially when they stupidly put a used game on sale for like $5 or $10 and i'd buy it and turn it over at Gamestop for a higher value. I felt like a baller.

No fucks were given by the person checking to see if it was a 1 or 2 disc game. At least in my experience.

Same. But renting older movies kinda suck because they're almost always scratched up and unplayable.

Ours has one of those magical disc repairing machines behind the counter that they put the discs in before finalizing rentals. I've had one movie skip in the 8 years I've gone there and they put it in the thing, refunded the rental, and gave it back since it was the only copy they had and said that if it still didn't work I could bring it back for three free rentals.

It worked perfectly :D

I was wondering how he got away with keeping the second disc without them noticing, even if they did think it was a one disc game. If they had multiple copies though, that would make sense.
