I like that people in prior centuries kept a journal detailing their daily activities. I think I will start doing that, at least a few notes or pictures for every day.

5 AM woke up
6 AM went to gym 7 AM left for work 8 AM started work 12 PM ate lunch 1 PM continued work 5 PM left work 6 PM arrived home 7 PM ate dinner 9 PM went to bed rinse and repeat dont need to keep a journal when i do the same thing every day --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I do sometimes, just for noteworthy events in my life (like my first ever date and stuff like that). Interesting to look back at them now because I had forgotten some of the details when remembering with just memories

I have a journal that was given to me a few years ago. It's a pretty leather one. I try and write something every day..sometimes is just a little and sometimes it's a lot. Sometimes it's just feelings. Sometimes I draw a little picture.
